A UX and strategy-focused project for bp. My team worked to solve a real world challenge by designing solutions to increase in-store foot traffic and boost non-gas related sales.

The Problem

bp's earnify app gave users fuel discounts and rewards points, but it wasn’t increasing in-store visits. Most customers only went inside for urgent needs and found the loyalty program generic and difficult to redeem.

The Goal

Redesign the Earnify experience to make store visits more rewarding, personal, and convenient.

The Solution

Our solution was to create an enhanced version of the Earnify app that offers smarter rewards, real-time store information, and personalized experiences. Key features were designed to help users save money, feel valued, and make in-store visits faster and more worthwhile.
